AHW Announces $50 Million Landmark Investment
At an AHW-hosted conference entitled Advancing Health for ALL Wisconsin held in Green Bay in June 2024, AHW Director Dr. Jesse Ehrenfeld announced plans to invest up to $50 million over the next five to ten years in three Landmark Initiatives:
These initiatives leverage AHW’s unique capacity to tap both state and national experts, convene stakeholders, and provide support for large-scale health improvement projects, fulfilling a strategy outlined in AHW’s Five-Year Plan to build signature initiatives focused on targeted health areas.
These projects will require coordination among many stakeholders, all of whom will contribute to the planning necessary to effectively build, implement, and evaluate the impact of such substantial collaborative endeavors made possible with AHW funding and other operational support.
