AHW has teamed up with Catchafire to provide support to eligible community-based AHW-funded projects, local health departments, and health-focused non-profits in Wisconsin by matching them with professional, skilled volunteers ready to lend their expertise on projects related to marketing, IT, finance, design, fundraising, human resources, and more.
Within five minutes, you can post a project and get connected to a global network of professionals looking to use their skillsets to directly support causes they care about. You’ll also have unlimited access to nonprofit experts, with coaching and professional development opportunities to help you along with the way.

Once registered, you can take advantage of any of these Catchafire services:
Post a project: You can post as many projects as you’d like. Each project template is built by industry experts and customized to respond to your needs. On average, nonprofits are matched within five days on calls and projects.
Phone Consultations: In addition to pre-scoped projects (about 5-50 hours of a volunteer’s time), you have the opportunity for one-hour phone consultations with a volunteer for quick expert advice on a topic or question.
Catchafire getting started webinar: Catchafire hosts a live weekly webinar where nonprofit advisors will walk through the basics of your membership and how to match with a skilled volunteer.
Schedule a call with a Catchafire nonprofit advisor: The Catchafire customer success team helps you
with registration and navigating the platform. Once you’re registered, their nonprofit advisors are on-demand for advice and feedback as you post projects and calls.
Professional coaching and development: You and your colleagues will have access to unlimited one-on-one coaching, monthly topical trainings, and a nonprofit Executive Director support group, giving you the opportunities to connect with others, develop your skills, and share your learnings.
